creating the form with plastic cups

After a long discussion we decided to use plastic cups as our installation material. Here are the first results. Plastics cups are cut and stabled into a small flat six sided square and fixed together with nylon string to create hyperbolic form.

testing out how the plastic installation would look like in real surroundings. Placed in the space it creates reflections and different shades of white through transparency. There's a play with shadow and light and we liked how the created form is delicate but strong.
