We experimented plastic bags with frame of straws to create a flowing space. The straws bring out the structure of hyperbolic space. Light is reflected in the bags and the two sides of the work creates an effect of positive and negative space. When viewed from other perspective the installation would look different.
The idea with this was to create a cave like space where the plastice bags would be on one side and come down on the other side so the viewer would feel the plastic bags or almost be suffeceded from them.
Through the tests we noticed that this material is too thin for the design and does not present the idea in hoped way. We decided to go forward with other ideas.
